This 1970s home was once a charming gem on the Weeki Wachee River. Over time, the organic material beneath the house decomposed, causing the structure to gradually sink into the ground. Rather than demolish it, the owner chose to salvage the home. That’s when Laielli Construction stepped in to raise it back to its original elevation and stabilize the foundation.
